What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a kitchen team, fostering a collaborative culture that values growth and excellence
- Own inventory management and vendor relationships negotiate pricing, ensure quality, and keep waste to a minimum
- Control food costs without compromising on culinary quality or creativity
- Execute consistent, exceptional dishes that showcase international cuisine
- Develop and refine menus that reflect both your culinary vision and operational realities
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards across all kitchen operations
- Collaborate with front-of-house and management to ensure seamless service
