Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of leadership in high-volume, fine-dining environments, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to guest satisfaction and consistency.
Responsibilities include managing inventory, food costs, and budgets, collaborating on menu development, and maintaining brand integrity. A culinary degree or equivalent training is preferred.
