We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary vision and day-to-day operations of a premier steakhouse and seafood restaurant. This is an opportunity to join a growing hospitality company that values excellence, collaboration, and long-term career growth.

More than just running a kitchen, this role is a true leadership partnership. The Executive Chef will work side-by-side with an experienced General Manager to drive guest satisfaction, develop teams, build culture, and elevate overall restaurant performance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all culinary operations while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and execution
  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing BOH team through coaching, accountability, and leadership
  • Partner closely with the General Manager to create a seamless guest experience and strong restaurant culture
  • Manage food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and overall kitchen profitability
  • Ensure flawless execution of premium steaks, seafood, seasonal features, and elevated dining experiences
  • Establish and maintain operational systems, training programs, recipes, and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement while balancing creativity, financial performance, and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Executive Chef experience in a high-volume upscale dining, fine dining, steakhouse, or seafood-driven environment
  • Experience leading teams in restaurants generating $8M+ in annual sales
  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing food cost, labor, and profitability
  • Passion for leadership, team development, and building a culture people want to be part of
  • High standards, strong presence, and the ability to inspire excellence from those around you
  • Collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to partner with FOH leadership to achieve shared goals
