In this role, you will

  • manage food purchasing, preparation, and presentation within budget
  • supervise kitchen staff and oversee BOH systems
  • ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
  • partner with management to resolve food quality issues
  • maintain high standards for food quality and presentation


  • Qualifications include
  • minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience
  • fine dining background a plus
  • knowledge of ala carte and catering trends, food cost controls, sanitation, and POS systems
