Salary: $80,000-90,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-4:30pm, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Lead a team of around 35 staff, plan menus, ensure food quality, train staff on food safety and sanitation, and maintain inventory and equipment schedules.
Qualifications include 5+ years of culinary or kitchen management experience, hands-on chef skills, knowledge of high-volume foodservice, and ServSafe certification preferred.
