We seek an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team, overseeing hiring, training, and development of Heart of House staff.
Responsibilities include managing food preparation and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and creativity, while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Essential duties involve recruiting, training, and coaching kitchen staff; developing menu items; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; and maintaining high standards for food quality and presentation.
Qualifications include 5+ years of fine dining experience, strong leadership and communication skills, advanced knife skills, and relevant certifications. A culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
