Job Summary

Executive Chef | $85K-$95K + Relocation Assistance, 5 day work week,

Ready to take your culinary career beyond the restaurant grind? We're seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume dining operation. Ideal background includes hotels, upscale restaurants, resorts, healthcare, or contract food.

This position will require you to live w/in a commutable distance of Macon, GA

5-day work week, rotating weekend shift (ONLY ONE WEEKEND EVERY 5TH WEEK), Growth potential

What You'll Do:
  • Lead all kitchen and culinary operations
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team
  • Create menus and drive food quality
  • Oversee catering, retail and patient meals and high-volume production
  • Control food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory
  • Ensure safety and sanitation excellence
What We're Looking For:
  • Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or senior culinary leader
  • Strong leadership and financial skills
  • High-volume and catering experience preferred
