Job Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop, design, and execute refined à la carte menus from concept to plate
• Strong background in event catering and the ability to execute seamlessly across varied service formats
• Exceptional palate, creativity, and commitment to culinary standards and consistency
• Solid understanding of kitchen financials, including food cost management, ordering, and inventory control
• Ability to recruit, train, mentor, and lead a culinary team with professionalism and clarity
• ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety credentials

Job Responsibilities

As the Executive Chef in Maricopa, AZ, you will:
