Job Description:
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of one of our locations, ensuring that our menu reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will lead a talented kitchen team, foster a positive work environment, and maintain our commitment to exceptional food and service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain an innovative menu with seasonal offerings.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage inventory, food ordering, and cost control to maximize profitability.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff while promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with management to create promotions and special events.
- Respond to guest feedback and adjust offerings to enhance the dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a diverse team.
- Exceptional creativity with a passion for culinary arts and gastronomic trends.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
