- Develop and maintain high culinary standards, menus, and food presentation.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and staff development.
- Train and inspire the culinary team, fostering engagement and excellence.
- Lead initiatives in social responsibility, food seasonality, and wellness.
- Analyze performance trends and implement improvements.
- Possess a culinary degree and 3-5 years of management experience; catering experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of trends, sanitation, and food costs are essential.
