M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Executive Chef to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. About the Role:

We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead and develop our culinary team while driving innovation, operational excellence, and outstanding event execution. This is an exciting opportunity to lead large-scale culinary operations, influence menu creation, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for high-profile events and clients.

As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of culinary operations-from concept development and menu planning to production, staffing, and event execution. You will lead, mentor, and hold the culinary team accountable to ensure the highest standards in food quality, presentation, consistency, and guest satisfaction. This role partners closely with sales, operations, and procurement teams to align culinary execution with client expectations and event needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all culinary operations and event execution from planning through completion
  • Manage and mentor the culinary team, promoting accountability, collaboration, and excellence
  • Drive culinary innovation through menu development, recipe standardization, and industry trend research
  • Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency across all events and services
  • Oversee perishable inventory management to maintain freshness, minimize waste, and control costs
  • Maintain compliance with all sanitation, food safety, and health department regulations
  • Review prep sheets and conduct final food quality checks before food leaves for events
  • Manage labor scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing levels and budget alignment
  • Partner with culinary, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and successful event execution
