The Role

As Executive Chef, you will take an active, hands-on role in daily kitchen operations while leading a skilled culinary team in delivering extraordinary dining experiences. You will have the creative freedom to design and evolve our menu, drawing on locally and seasonally sourced ingredients to craft dishes that define our restaurant's identity. Key Responsibilities

• Menu Design: Develop creative, seasonally inspired menus that reflect the standards and identity of an upscale fine dining establishment
• Daily Operations: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, execution, and presentation across all kitchen functions
• Team Leadership: Train, develop, and schedule kitchen staff to cultivate a positive, high-performance work environment
• Inventory Management: Oversee food ordering, inventory control, and supplier relationships to ensure consistency and cost efficiency
• Staff Development: Foster professional growth and sustain team morale through mentorship and clear communication

Requirements

• 3+ years of executive chef experience in high-volume fine dining, required
• Demonstrated creativity in menu development and culinary concept design
• Willingness and ability to work hands-on in the kitchen alongside your team
• Proven track record of operational success and team leadership
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead by example
• A commitment to trust, integrity, and genuine passion for the guest experience
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and effective under pressure

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $85,000-$100,000 plus bonus
