An established Charlotte restaurant group is seeking a hands on Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a high volume, upscale, chef driven restaurant.

This is a strong opportunity for a chef who thrives in a scratch kitchen, values seasonal ingredients, and can lead a team while maintaining excellent food quality, consistency, and cost control.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years as an Executive Chef or senior culinary leader
• Upscale casual, chef-driven, or high-volume full-service restaurant experience
• Strong scratch cooking and culinary fundamentals
• Experience with seasonal, fresh ingredients and wood-fired cooking preferred
• Proven food cost, labor, inventory, purchasing, and scheduling experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead during high-volume service
• Strong food safety and sanitation standards
