We will provide sanitation certification if you are not already Serve Safe Certified.

Join our team as an Executive Chef who brings passion for great food, teamwork, and culinary excellence.  We are seeking a proven hospitality leader with a strong track record of success to help drive our innovative Signature Dining Program, featuring from scratch cooking and chef-inspired cuisine.  This role calls for hand-on leadership.  

Executive Chef Key Duties


  • Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency from purchasing and receiving to storage, preparation, and plate presentation – all within established budget guidelines.
  • Supervise and support all kitchen staff ensuring adherence to performance standards and kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment and areas meet sanitation standards.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal food safety regulations (e.g., Health Department HACCP), and survey inspection process.
  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality and visual presentation.
  • Performs other job-related duties.


Executive Chef Qualifications


  • Current ServSafe certification or we will provide upon hire. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years managing the food service department in long term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of large scale and therapeutic food preparation with focus on quality production, sanitation, food cost control, and food preparation.
  • Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, Outlook Email, Microsoft Office, OnCare, and Meal Tracker.
