Executive Chef / Operating Partner Opportunity

La Botte Ristorante Pizza & Pasta is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef with a

potential Partnership Opportunity for the right candidate.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a culinary leader who can oversee all kitchen operations, inspire and develop staff,

maintain exceptional food quality, and help drive the future growth of the restaurant. This position offers

a path toward partnership for a candidate with strong leadership, operational expertise, and

entrepreneurial vision.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all kitchen operations and food production

- Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards

- Manage food and labor costs

- Oversee inventory and purchasing

- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff

- Create seasonal specials and menu enhancements

- Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations

- Work closely with ownership to improve profitability and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years Executive Chef experience

- Strong background in Italian cuisine

- Proven leadership and team management skills

- Experience with food cost and labor controls

- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
