Description

Your Role

The Executive Compensation Analyst will administer stock programs and incentive compensation plans. This role is responsible for financial and workforce data analysis supporting executive compensation programs at Victoria's Secret & Co. This role leverages Excel, Power BI, and data modeling techniques to transform large datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance across executive compensation processes.

Your Impact

Stock Plan Administration

  • Support daily administration operations of VS&Co stock plans, including Associate Stock Purchase Plan.

  • Monitor data feeds, validate stock activity, and load grants while ensuring system accuracy and audit compliance

  • Manage and analyze stock plan financial data, including vesting projections, grant valuations, and budget forecasting

  • Maintain models to estimate equity compensation costs and long-term liabilities

  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Improve processes through automation and scalable reporting solutions

Incentive Compensation Administration

  • Maintain incentive compensation models and bonus calculations using Excel and BI tools

  • Partner with Finance to deliver costing projections, accruals, and payout analyses

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through structured validation and audit processes

  • Coordinates the auditing process with HR to ensure accuracy

  • Calculates bonus amounts and ensures accurate payment with our partners in payroll

Market Benchmarking & Data Insights

  • Combine multiple data sources to create comprehensive comparative analyses

  • Support annual compensation planning with data-driven modeling and reporting

Minimum Salary: $59,300.00

Maximum Salary: $77,805.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor"s degree Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or HR related field.

  • 1 to 3 years related experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required, including complex formulas, data modeling, and automation; HRIS experience a plus.

  • Experience with Power BI (strongly preferred, including dashboard development and data visualization

  • High level of attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Exceptional responsiveness, a high sense of urgency, agility and ability to work in a high-pace environment.

  • Unquestioned integrity and ethics to handle sensitive situations and confidential information.
