The ideal candidate will have more than five years of executive compensation legal experience.Responsibilities Help design executive compensation frameworks to support the firm's ability to attract and retain top leadership talentDraft and advise on executive compensation matters, including employment agreements, offer letters, long-term incentive compensation, and deferred compensation arrangementsAssist with restrictive covenant structure and documentationMonitor and counsel on legal, tax, and regulatory developments affecting executive compensation.Translate complex legal issues into practical guidance for business leaders across internal firm teamsBase salary is expected to be $250,000-$300,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
