The Site Executive Coordinator provides administrative support and serves as a key liaison between the organization, site personnel, community partners, and external stakeholders. This role ensures smooth daily site operations, coordinates events and activities, and supports community engagement initiatives that promote positive relationships and organizational goals.Note that this role is fully onsite and is not available for a remote or hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Coordinate onsite meetings, trainings, inspections, special events and customer visitsProvide administrative support to site leadership including booking travel, expense reports, scheduling, and presentationsTrack site activities, maintain logs, and generate operational reports
Community Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison between SkyWater and the local communityCoordinate community events, facility tours, open houses, and educational engagementsAssist in planning, organizing, and promoting community outreach programs, events, and volunteer activitiesSupport workforce development initiatives including STEM outreach, talent pipelines, and apprenticeship programs
Partnership Development
Support relationships with customers, suppliers, and other partnersBuild and maintain relationships with local government, workforce organizations, and educational institutionsAssist in developing programs that showcase collaboration with industry, academia, and government
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen Required: This position may require eligibility or obtaining a US DoD security clearance and as such a US Citizenship is required.Schedule: Must be available to work onsite, Monday - Friday 8am-5pmHigh School Diploma5+ years of administrative support experience, including customer service, event coordination, and community relationsHighly skilled in scheduling, coordinating, and managing calendarsPositive interpersonal skills, highly energetic and self-motivatedOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to work cross-functionally with operations, engineering, finance, IT, HR, marketing, and executive leadershipAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or other related fields of study
Experience coordinating community outreach programs and public eventsExperience preparing presentationsFamiliarity with manufacturing facility operations, project coordination, or site administrationExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, advanced packaging, or high-tech industriesFamiliarity with workforce development programs and STEM education initiatives
