YOUR TYPICAL DAY…
  • Manage complex calendars and prioritize executive commitments across two distinct leadership styles
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups to drive execution and alignment
  • Support people-related reporting, finance updates, and information gathering for leadership
  • Draft professional communications and ensure timely, accurate messaging
  • Assist with administrative projects and cross-functional coordination to support organizational priorities
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE…
  • 5–7 years of executive coordination or senior administrative support experience
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills with discretion handling confidential information
  • Experience supporting multiple executives and adapting to different working styles

EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES…
  • Experience supporting finance or operations leadership
  • Exposure to reporting, data gathering, or project coordination
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or document management tools
