Title Executive Dean of Strategic Enrollment/Title IX Coordinator Overview

Position Goals
The Executive Dean of Strategic Enrollment will report directly to the President and will provide joint visionary leadership for the College's Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) efforts by co-leading an integrated, data-informed enrollment strategy that advances student access, success, persistence, completion, and post-completion outcomes. This position serves as the institutional leader responsible for aligning recruitment, admissions, records and registration, financial aid, testing and assessment and other enrollment support functions with the College's strategic priorities in coordination with the Division of Student Success and Retention.
Working collaboratively across divisions/departments and external partners, the Executive Dean develops and implements innovative enrollment strategies that remove barriers to student success, promote equitable outcomes, improve operational effectiveness, and support lifelong learning and economic mobility.

Ensures enrollment processes are student-centered, technology-enabled, equitable, and designed to reduce unnecessary administrative barriers.
Leads continuous improvement of enrollment operations through process redesign, customer experience mapping, automation, artificial intelligence, and best practices.
Ensures consistency and quality of enrollment services across all campuses and instructional locations.

Special Instructions for Applicants
Standard working hours are as follows:
Academic Year (five working days): M- F 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer Schedule (four working days): M-R 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Evening and weekend hours are also required as needed.
