The successful candidate will be the chief executive, responsible for the organization's strategy, operations, financial stewardship, governance, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. They should have a proven track record of leading growth, managing diverse stakeholders, and operating effectively within a nonprofit governance structure. The role requires a visible and credible industry ambassador who can work closely with the Board of Directors and member companies to achieve the association's strategic goals.
