About the RoleStrong strategic leader for the Contracts, Pricing & Trade function responsible for overseeing the following areas; in-line Product Pricing, Pipeline Pricing, Payer and Channel Contracting, chargeback/rebate operations, Government Price Reporting, Gross to Net (GTN) Forecasting NS Channel & Trade strategy and operations. Responsible for leading and operating Pricing Committee (PC) and executing pricing actions, transparency analysis and reports, and all government price reporting. Collaborates with Market Access and commercial leadership teams to drive pricing and contracting strategy leading to corresponding approaches in each channel including Payers, Third Party Logistics, Specialty Pharmacy, and Specialty Distributors. Accountable for the management and development of the contracting operations capabilities, including rebate processing and reporting systems and management of Gross to Net. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 35% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program.
