Brickmont at Johns Creek, a Claiborne Senior Living managed community, is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Director to lead and oversee the operations of our senior living community in Cummings, Georgia.

What You'll Do- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including resident care, financial performance, sales, and team development
- Drive occupancy growth and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed census goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and team members
- Foster a positive, empowering, and performance-driven workplace culture
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage budgets, expenses, and revenue to achieve financial targets
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community partners
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans for continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary liaison between the community and ownership
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of senior living or multi-department leadership experience
- Proven track record of operational and financial management success
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in senior living
- Demonstrated ability to build and retain high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment
