    Beztak is seeking an accomplished Executive Director to oversee the opening of All Seasons Delray Beach, a new luxury senior living community scheduled to open in 2027. This key leadership position will begin in November/December 2026 and play an integral role in all pre-opening activities, including building the community’s leadership team and culture, spearheading pre-leasing efforts through active prospect engagement and external business development, establishing operational readiness, and guiding the community through successful licensing, grand opening, and stabilization.
     
    All Seasons Delray Beach will feature 153 residences offering Independent Living and Assisted Living in a highly amenitized, hospitality-focused environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly visible, hands-on leader with a strong hospitality mindset and a proven ability to build teams, drive occupancy, develop relationships within the local market, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
     
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Motivate and hold accountable a team of 50-100 site employees including back office staff, leasing, event planning, valet, health care, concierge, drivers, maintenance, food and beverage.
    • Ensure that that all prospects, residents and family members have a first-class, five-star experience with events, dining, and all services provided.
    • Responsible for the oversight and execution of building operations, dining, events, service contract negotiations, bidding for special capital projects, housekeeping, maintenance workorders, building cleanliness and apartment preparation for new move ins.
    • Oversee budgeted financial expectations including rent collections, occupancy expectations, and expense guidelines.
    • Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
    • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

    • Able to handle problems as they arise in relation to the operation of the community
    • Collect data and establish facts to draw valid conclusion when problems arrive. Make necessary changes to prevent the problem from occurring again
     
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Five years of experience in the senior living, hospitality, or related service industry
    • Experience in Property Management is a plus but not required
    • Able to use multiple operating software systems
    BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
    Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    The position is required to regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, climb stairs, and communicate with residents, staff, family members and the public.
     
    WORK ENVIRONMENT
    • This position typically operates indoors in an air-conditioned office, with a mixture of natural, incandescent and fluorescent light.
    • You may be exposed to varying weather conditions such as heat, cold, rain, and snow is common. May occasionally be exposed to extreme conditions, including high heat, humidity, freezing temperatures, and heavy rain while performing outdoor tasks.
    • You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
