This position is responsible for providing managerial and operations support to assigned Ebenezer Assisted Living communities. The Executive Director (Float) may work alongside of or in place of a site Executive Director.
Essential Functions
Assists Executive Director (ED) with maintaining a high performing leadership team within the community:
Supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction:
Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
Assists Executive Director in ensuring that the community is in compliance with all applicable state and federal rules and regulations
Assume other responsibilities as requested.
