The Preserve Rehab & Living Center is a welcoming community located on The Preserve Assisted Living Campus in Fort Myers. We offer assisted living, memory support, 75 skilled nursing suites for long-term care, skilled nursing memory support, and skilled rehabilitation services, all designed to provide compassionate, person-centered care in a supportive environment. Located in the beautiful city of Fort Myers, the community provides a supportive and compassionate environment for residents at every level of care. The surrounding area offers easy access to Gulf Coast beaches, nature preserves, and a variety of dining, shopping, and cultural experiences that make Fort Myers a vibrant and desirable place to live and visit.
