Attributes that are preferred to have for this position:
1. Assisted living experience
2. Memory Care experience
3.RN/LPN license (not quired)
4. LNHA license or social work degree (not required)
5. Understanding of the KY state regulations for assisted living and memory care
6. Budget experience
7. Strong supervisory background
8. Longevity at previous jobs
9. Census recovery experience
10. Marketing experience
11. Live within a 30 mile radius of the community
12. Compassion
13. Excellent ability to lead
14. Goal driven
15. Great organizational skills
16. The ability to cultivate the culture of Goodworks in the building and promote a successful team
17. Knowledge of OSHA standards and practices and ensuring they are met
18. Ability to ensure the building is operating within the standards of KY regulations and Goodworks policies
The Executive Director reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations. At Goodworks Unlimited, we strive to provide all the necessary support to make our Directors successful. We hold ED meetings twice a year to provide updated information, support in any way needed and bring everyone together to network with each other for best practices. We truly value all of our staff and are looking for the right ED to move Windsor Gardens forward to be the best community it can be.
