Job Summary
The Executive Director of HR is responsible for providing strategic leadership of all HR functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, HRIS, talent management, employee relations & engagement, ensuring collaboration in the development and execution of the companys HR strategy. Assists CHRO and executive business leaders on alignment of human capital strategy to JPS business strategy and maintains business knowledge of the organizations fiscal goals, competitive environment, and strategic plans. The Executive Director of HR builds a human-centered, high-performing culture that aligns with the organizations mission of patient-centered care, operational excellence, and community service.
