We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to manage our residential operations in York, PA! The Executive Director is responsible for all operations for the region including compliance, growth and development, budget and workforce development. Community Options does not administer any large congregate programs, recognizing that people with the most severe disabilities need environments, equipment, clinical and staff support that are tailored to their very specific needs.
