The Executive Director will also be the primary point of contact for internal and external negotiation-related queries, driving strategy and execution across negotiation workflows, and ensuring the team's compliance with regulatory changes.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' experience in negotiating trading agreements, with a strong understanding of key provisions and their negotiability. A background in managing teams of negotiation professionals is essential, as is a proven track record of working with senior stakeholders across various business functions. The role requires an individual with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a JD being preferred, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, trading-floor environment.
