Reid & Associates is partnering with a respected, nationally recognized healthcare provider to identify a forward-thinking and compassionate leader for the role of Executive Director of Case Management.

In this role, you will:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Case Management department.
Support and guide department managers and interdisciplinary teams.
Improve care coordination and resource utilization across the patient journey.
Ensure care is safe, timely, and aligned with the organization’s values and goals.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
A Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license in California.
A Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field (preferred).
Certification in Case Management (ACM or CCM) is a plus.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in hospital-based case management.
