Executive Director of Integrated Programs and Services

CESA 2 seeks an experienced education professional to serve as the Executive Director of Integrated Programs and Services, overseeing the consulting staff of the agency. Start date is negotiable up to July 1, 2027.

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field and Master's degree in Education or related field. Minimum of five years of experience in education consulting or administrative leadership, experience working at a CESA preferred. Administrative license from the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction.

Responsibilities

• Determine the programs and services to be offered by the agency.
• Supervise the senior directors and consultants.
• Provide leadership and consultation for specific grants and programs.
• Provide day to day leadership and guidance for staff within the department.
• Work with internal and external partners to advance continuous improvement efforts in member school districts.
• Work collaboratively with the agency executive team to advance the agency mission, vision, and strategic priorities.
