Spring Arbor University is seeking an innovative, visionary leader to launch and lead the SAU Media House - a unique initiative that brings together broadcasting, marketing, creative services, digital communications, and brand strategy into one collaborative, mission-driven organization. You will hire key members of this team, shape its culture from day one, and build the operation from a strong existing foundation in marketing, radio broadcasting, and athletics media.

As Executive Director, you will lead a talented team of professionals and student creators who are passionate about telling stories that inspire, inform, and advance the University''s mission. From radio and podcasts to livestreams, athletics, marketing campaigns, video production, social media, public relations, and creative design, you''ll help shape how Spring Arbor University engages audiences and amplifies its impact for Christ. The Media House exists to elevate the University''s voice, strengthen its brand, expand its reach, and provide meaningful, hands-on experiences for students preparing for careers in a variety of fields.

What You''ll Do

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for the entire Media House.
• Lead and inspire teams responsible for marketing, broadcasting, communications, design, digital strategy, and creative production.
• Serve as the steward of the Spring Arbor University brand across every communication channel.
• Develop integrated marketing and storytelling strategies that support enrollment growth and institutional priorities.
• Expand broadcasting and media initiatives including radio, podcasts, livestreaming, athletics broadcasts, and video production.
• Collaborate with university leadership, faculty, admissions, athletics, advancement, and student life to tell compelling stories.
• Develop partnerships with schools and organizations that create opportunities for future students interested in media and communications.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, fun, innovation, and Christ-centered excellence.

What We''re Looking For

• Significant senior leadership experience in marketing, communications, broadcasting, media production, creative services, or a related field.
• A proven ability to lead multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Experience building brands, developing integrated communication strategies, and managing complex projects.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of digital media, video production, social media, public relations, and emerging communication technologies.
• A passion for mentoring others and developing creative talent.

Bachelor''s degree required; master''s degree preferred.
