Key Requirements:- Executive-level leadership experience with full operational oversight

- Strong understanding of Louisiana State Board of Private Security Examiners regulations
- Working knowledge of State Fire Marshal requirements related to CCTV
- Experience with government relations and ability to bid/secure contracts
- Ability to build and lead a division from the ground up
- Familiarity with HR processes, hiring, and team development
