Medical Oncology Associates of San Diego (MOASD) offers a complete range of oncology services in an atmosphere of professionalism, encouragement and understanding. MOASD provides personalized care for the detection, diagnosis, treatment, support and follow-up of cancer patients and their families.
Our offices are within the Sharp Outpatient Pavilion, designed specifically to meet the needs of individuals diagnosed with cancer. Recognizing the importance of providing all services "under one roof", our offices house a medical oncology infusion center, physician offices and exam rooms, and on-site registration. MOASD operates satellite facilities adjacent to UC San Diego Health East Campus, Scripps Mercy, and Sharp Coronado Hospital.
The Executive Director serves as the senior operational leader for Medical Oncology Associates of San Diego, with primary responsibility for day-to-day operations, staff leadership, and execution of strategic priorities. This role partners closely with the CEO and Physician Board to translate strategy into operational plans, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize performance, and support high quality patient care in a complex, highly regulated healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations executive with deep experience in physician practice management, strong people leadership skills, and the ability to balance operational rigor with physician partnership.

This position functions indoors in a medical/business environment. Employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels and interruptions. Visual acuity to read and compute screen and paper documents; close and distance vision, peripheral vision depth perception, ability to adjust focus; hearing acuity to converse with staff and customers. Ability to sit for hours at a time. Employee will be exposed to moderate noise levels and interruptions.
Travel:
Travel between local offices when necessary.
Pay: $175,000-$200,000
