Silver Birch Living is coming to Amherst!

We're opening Silver Birch of Amherst in Early 2027 - an affordable assisted living community dedicated to serving seniors in the Amherst area. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Inspire Purposeful Lives for All.

We're looking for a dynamic Executive Director to lead this community through its pre-opening and opening phases. This is a rare opportunity to build a new team, shape the culture, and make a lasting impact on seniors and their families.

What You'll Do

• Lead the opening and operations of a brand-new assisted living community
• Build and inspire a high-performing team
• Ensure top-quality resident care and compliance with Ohio regulations
• Drive occupancy, financial success, and community engagement

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Director/Administrator in assisted living or long-term care
• Licensed Ohio nursing home administrator (preferred)
• Knowledge of Ohio Assisted Living Regulations
• Proven success in lease-up and occupancy growth
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational skills
• Entrepreneurial drive and passion for serving seniors
