Direct, overseeandmanage alltribal,HUD, Tax Credit andPermanentSupportive Housing operations and activities oftheWarm Springs HousingAuthority (WSHA).ManageWSHAin compliancewithapplicable tribal law, WSHA policy, and other applicable rules and regulations. Prepare the annual budget and necessary reports forthevarioushousing projects.Implement grant workto completeprojectsasproposed in grantapplications.Seekandapplyforadditionalfundingto expandorimprovehousingontheWarm Springs Reservation.Maintain good relationships with staff, customers, vendors and allthose involved in WSHAoperations.ReportsdirectlytotheWSHABoardofCommissioners.
Bachelor’s degree in business administrationor relatedfield.Fiveyears’ experience in the housing field.Five years’ supervisory experience.Must have a valid Oregon Driver's License.No felony convictions onrecordandnomisdemeanorconvictions withinoneyear ofapplication date.
