Executive Driver

In the role of Executive Driver at IBM Corporate Headquarters in Armonk, NY, you are responsible for secure ground transportation and related services for our Chairman/CEO or members of the Executive Leadership Team, traveling in the NY/CT/NJ area, utilizing a company owned vehicle. You will provide similar support to other IBM executives, staff, guests, among others, on an as needed basis.Requirements:

• Executive Driver experience, ideally with advanced driver training or experience
• Law Enforcement prior service
• Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and ability to demonstrate safe driving tactics and road conscious skills
• A superior knowledge of streets and locations in the NY/CT/NJ area with an emphasis on NYC
• Experience with route planning/analysis, risk avoidance, and adapting to change
• Ability and willingness to store, lift, and handle guest luggage
• Service-oriented mindset, capable of long, changing executive hours with periods of down-time
• Experience working with executives.
• Ability of advanced problem-solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating patience and flexibility in approach, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
• Work with Security staff, when appropriate, to ensure safety of those you drive and assist
• Responsible for maintaining daily driving log and upkeep of company owned vehicle
• Work overtime, weekends and evenings as needed
• Demonstrate ability to perform duties in a fast-paced environment and exhibit excellent record of attendance

Additional requirements:

• Concealed Carry Firearms Permit
• NYS Armed Guard License or ability to obtain one
• LEOSA - HR218 annual certification
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
