    About the job

The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Executive Engagement Lead, you will drive cross-functional strategies, relationships, and operations that enable well-coordinated interactions with Google's senior executive team and our most strategic partners. You will own the alignment, planning, delivery, and analysis of select tent-pole C-level events on behalf of Global Partnerships (GP), and will partner closely with Marketing to ensure partner interactions are cohesive and aligned to Google's business priorities.

Global Partnership's Executive Engagement team enables meaningful executive-level interactions that drive forward Google's strategic cross-product area objectives. We align Google's priorities with effective executive preparation for engagements with partner C-levels.

As an Executive Engagement Lead, you will proactively build and sustain close working relationships across GP Teams, Marketing, GAPP, executive offices, and other product area stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and support high-stakes partner interactions. You will work closely with GP teams and Leads to deliver complex executive briefing materials, and serve as a resource for account teams in developing proactive and reactive C-level partner engagements.
