Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

• Experience working with executive stakeholders in the context of executive programs, customer engagement, or partner experiences.

• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Proven experience designing, scaling, and operationalizing executive engagement programs in changing environments.
• Deep knowledge of the global cybersecurity landscape, incident response frameworks, and AIs role in security operations.
• Ability to shape enterprise opportunities, navigate complex business issues, and advance initiatives through executive sponsorship.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on crafting clear, decision-ready briefings that distill complex technical data into executive narratives.
• Demonstrated success aligning and influencing cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and C-level leadership.

As an Executive Engagement Lead, you will drive cross-functional strategies, operational excellence, and key relationships to orchestrate high-touch interactions between Google Cloud Security leadership and external partners across select tent-pole C-level events. In this role, you will oversee the alignment, curation, and delivery of decision-ready briefings.

Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Mandiant, Global Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP), and cross-product stakeholders, you will ensure these initiatives tie directly to overarching business objectives. You will also serve as a vital resource for account teams to develop both proactive and reactive outreach, establishing frameworks to track impact, optimize processes, and accelerate our most enterprise alliances.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of executive engagements at major C-level events (e.g., Google Cloud Next, Rivest-Shamir-Adleman [RSA]) to ensure business alignment and commercial impact.

• Build strong partnerships across Alphabet, Sales, and Executive Offices to prioritize and coordinate C-level partner interactions.

• Craft high-quality, decision-ready briefings synthesizing complex Artificial Intelligence (AI) and security innovations for executive leadership and Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs).

• Establish playbooks and scalable processes to maintain operations across all executive engagements.

• Implement qualitative and quantitative frameworks to track outcomes and continuously improve future programming.
