A wonderful family in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to become an integral part of their home. This is a lively household with children, busy schedules, and plenty of activity. You understand that the best Executive Housekeepers work quietly behind the scenes, allowing the household to run smoothly while building trust with the family over time.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, linen care, and household organization to the highest standards.
• Help maintain a smooth daily operation and communicate proactively regarding household needs, preferences, or maintenance concerns.
• Work closely with the household team to ensure seamless coverage, consistent standards, and an orderly, guest-ready home.
• Assist with household inventories, supply management, and routine provisioning as needed.

• Strong organizational skills, excellent standards, discretion, and a service-minded approach.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed

Compensation

• $45–$55 per hour, based on experience
• Health stipend of $500/month, 15 days PTO, and 6 paid holidays
• Parking provided
