THE ROLE
We are seeking a hands-on Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations at a select-service Hilton Garden Inn.
This is a working leadership role — not just oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily housekeeping operations

Manage room attendants and housekeeping staff

Ensure guest rooms meet Hilton brand standards

Manage schedules, productivity, and labor

Maintain cleanliness across all public spaces

Handle inspections and quality control
WHAT WE NEED

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lead a small team and drive accountability

Hands-on approach — visible on the floor

Experience managing daily room turnover
REQUIREMENTS

Prior housekeeping leadership experience (hotel preferred)
