EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

Lead a high-performing award-winning housekeeping team and help create a clean, safe, welcoming experience for every guest.

Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to oversee daily housekeeping operations, maintain brand standards, and support a positive, productive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Schedule housekeeping staff, assign rooms, and monitor daily productivity.

·         Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards.

·         Maintain housekeeping supplies, amenities, chemicals, safety data sheets, labels, and inventory.

·         Coordinate work orders for Maintenance.

·         Enter room status information accurately and promptly each day.

·         Review applications, conduct interviews, and maintain required hiring and termination documentation.

·         Train team members on chemical handling, cleaning techniques, safe work practices, uniform standards, and guest service.

·         Lead daily housekeeping meetings and communicate priorities, concerns, and recognition.

·         Report safety hazards, property damage, suspicious activity, and policy concerns to the General Manager.

·         Ability to follow company policies, brand requirements, and current public-health and infectious-disease guidance.

·         Commitment to safe practices, including proper footwear, uniform, name tag, chemical use, and hazard awareness.

Schedule

Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required.
