The Role

We're hiring a full-time Executive Housekeeper for our Hancock Park office in Los Angeles. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in a clean, organized space — and who's happy to help with light day-to-day operations too. The job is about 90% cleaning and organizing, 10% executive support.Location: Los Angeles, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, on-sitePay: ~$35/hourStart date: ASAP

What You'll Do

• Keep the office clean, tidy, and always ready to welcome people
• Organize spaces, storage, and supplies — and set up systems so they stay that way
• Restock supplies before anyone has to ask
• Ship and receive packages and deliveries
• Run errands, including regular trips to the mail shop
• Jump in on light executive and operational tasks as needed

What You Bring

• Experience as a housekeeper, house manager, or in a similar role (private home, executive office, or hospitality)
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A real talent for organizing — this is the heart of the job
• A detail-oriented, self-starting mindset
• Reliable transportation to commute to Hancock Park every day
• Discretion and professionalism in a private, executive setting
• The ability to lift and move boxes and supplies comfortably

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting a founder, executive, or high-profile household
• Familiarity with shipping platforms and basic inventory tracking
