The Executive Housekeeper will directly supervise the housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure clean, orderly, and attractive conditions of the hotel. Must be hands-on, motivated manager willing to ambitiously improve the level of service, quality and operational performance.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have previous experience in a housekeeping managerial role; knowledge of proper cleaning techniques; ability to prioritize and organize work assignments; and must enforce hotel's standards, policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and ability to manage staff with positive motivation. The position requires effective time management and strong communication skills. A team-winning, proactive attitude is essential for the candidate's success in the position.
