Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Sheraton Tampa. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills and a passion for maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment for our guests and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

-Previous Housekeeping management required, Marriott experience a plus.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and schedules for both guest rooms and public areas.
- Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating with suppliers to maintain sufficient stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any housekeeping-related issues or special requests.
- Monitor and manage departmental budgets, striving to optimize operational costs while maintaining quality services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all staff members.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism, implementing solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively managing a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and other relevant technology.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- A certificate or degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not required.
