Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of food production, quality, and safety standards
• Manage daily kitchen operations, inventory, and ordering
• Control food and labor costs to protect profitability
• Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing back-of-house team

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of high-volume kitchen management experience
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of consistency and retention
