Location: This is a fully on-site position in downtown Lexington, Kentucky, designed for someone who enjoys close collaboration and being an integral part of a fast-paced legal team.
Note: Candidates must have 3+ years of executive assistant or legal assistant experience within a law firm. Experience supporting corporate, banking, finance, commercial lending, or transactional attorneys is especially valuable. Regular in-office attendance in Lexington is required.

Job Description
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to attorneys within a Business & Finance practice.
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and critical deadlines.
- Coordinate projects, organize information, track action items, and help keep attorney priorities moving forward.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize correspondence, presentations, reports, and professional business documents.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders while providing responsive, polished service.
- Maintain electronic and physical client and matter files using document management systems.
- Assist with client onboarding, engagement letters, matter administration, and related documentation.
- Support monthly billing, time entry, invoicing, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, materials, scheduling, and follow-up.
- Handle confidential and sensitive business information with discretion.
- Assist attorneys and other team members with special projects and changing priorities as needed.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of law firm executive assistant or legal assistant experience.
- Strong calendar management, organization, project coordination, and deadline-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client service and professional relationship skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with legal billing, document management systems, SharePoint, OneDrive, or similar platforms preferred.
- Corporate, banking, business finance, commercial lending, or transactional legal experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, initiative, judgment, and attention to detail.
