Location

Miami, Florida – Full-time, fully on-site in a professional office where you'll work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients every day.

Note

Job Description

  • Provide executive-level administrative and legal support to attorneys while collaborating closely with firm paralegals.
  • Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal correspondence, documents, and reports.
  • Manage attorney calendars, meetings, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical client files.
  • Assist with document management, filing, and general office operations.
  • Coordinate communications with clients, consultants, and government agencies.
  • Support attorneys with administrative tasks to help ensure efficient workflow.
  • Handle multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of law firm experience.
  • Prior experience as a legal secretary, legal assistant, executive legal assistant, or paralegal preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and calendar management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Experience in land use, zoning, environmental, real estate, or local government law is a plus but not required.
