·Own the loan process from first call to final closing

·Collaborate with underwriting, closing, and compliance teams to keep deals tight and clean

·Stay sharp on industry trends, lending guidelines, and regulatory updates

·Represent the brand with confidence, clarity, and charisma

Requirements

·2+ years in mortgage lending or loan origination

·Proven closer with a track record of exceeding goals

·Deep knowledge of loan products, underwriting, and compliance

·High-energy communicator with a client-first mindset

·Obsessed with follow-up, precision, and speed

·Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-reward environment

·Licensed and ready to roll (or willing and able to get licensed fast)
